Question: Have a really bad cold and heavy head. Have headaches in the night. What could it be?
Brief Answer:
you maybe having a sinus infection
Detailed Answer:
Hello
From your complaint it looks like that you may be having a sinus infection or congestion, which is causing the headache,
I would like you to meet your ent doctor , who will examine you and may ask to do a xray of the sinuses to see the extent of infection.
He may also do an endoscopy on you for confirming the same.
In the meantime you can take tablet paracetamol 500 mg 2-3 times a day for the pain and start steam inhalation 2-3 times a day, which will reduce the congestion and pain.
