Brief Answer:
Probably a viral infection!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have reviewed your information fully and this is suggestive of a possible viral infection. Antibiotics don't help. I will recommend that you take Benadryl: 25mg twice daily and Tylenol: 1000mg thrice daily for symptoms. Rest, enough fluids and healthy diet are all important to help you recover.

I hope this helps and guide you through this. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me for more information and clarifications if need be.
