Suggest Treatment For Cold, Sneezing, Runny Nose, Fever, Shivering And Headache

Question: when i woke up on friday i.e. yesterday
i felt that i'll catch cold within an hour, lime sneezing and running nose.
at 11am - i caught cold and took 1 citrizen.

2 pm i started to feel feverish
3pm high fever - room crocin

5 pm came back home to take rest, was shivering and headache, very high fever, - took 1 mekmol tablet.

9 p.m. was feeling better - took half mekmol
12 pm took half mekmol and slept

today morning, i woke up felt better, very mild fever, but tired and uncomfortable with little running nose.

please suggest medication

Thanks for your query.

It looks like you are having a viral fever. The medications you have taken are correct. You can take tab. Dolo 650 mg for fever, maximum 4 times a day. You can cetrizine once in the night for runny nose. Drink lots of warm water and soups. Drink warm lemon juice with 1 tsp of honey for 1 week to soothe throat and build immunity.

In case of persistent symptoms you can take an antibiotic Tab. Azee 500 mg once a day for 3 days after food.
