The MRI report shows hydrocephalus (increased amount of cerebrospinal fluid), causing pressure on the surrounding brain.
She should be examined for raised intra-cranial pressure. Fundus examination by an eye doctor would help.
She should be shown to Neurosurgeon regarding opinion for surgery.
