Question: My three old daughter has a common cold right now, it's nothing I haven't seen before. For the past few days her bowel movements have been a white/clay color and I haven't seen her with this and I don't know if this is related to the cold or if something else could be going on.

Brief Answer:
Common cold

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for your question. I am sorry yout daughter is not feeling well. At this point it is safe to treat this like a common cold. The clay color stools can be a result of the virus and, sometimes, swallowed mucus. Her history of a past intestinal disease shouldn't distract us.
If she develops high fevers, the symptoms continue to worsen, or the cold symptoms last more than a week, I recommend consulting with your doctor.
