Question: doctorsahab hello,at my 6th standard ,one boy hits the penis of another boy in front of me in my school time,seeling this smile comes on my face,i saw these activities daily at that time,but why do not i think from that time if i saw some male human in front of me usually thought comes in my mind,does not he has penis,if i see some male happy,playing ,laughing,even when i seeing cricketers playing thought comes in my mind does not he has penis,i was thinking such type of thought continously for long time about 5 yrs,but now i am aware of the fact that penis is the male sex organ ,just like all organs it s the vital organ of male human body but i do not know seeing other boy ,i still feel there is some deficiency in me and thought comes in my mind does not he has penis,when i try to make myself understood that just like all organ penis is the important organ of human male body,my mind will get disturbed more,at this time i not always think this but whenever i see a male personality ,i feel uncomfortabe,thought comes in my mind doesnt he has penis,i got morementally disturbed when i try to make myself understood this ,like this i also feel my height is low but i have measured my height ,my height is good still thought comes in my mind my height low low low,pls help

You almost started the compulsive thought about male penis at the age of 11 or so. You are having these compulsive thoughts for the last 10 years. I am more glad to be aware that you do overcome these compulsive thoughts all these years. That is very positive and you should have confidence in that matter. Confidence comes from experience. You have enough experience in overcoming those compulsive thoughts. That itself is a boost of your behavior. I would like to know what you were doing to overcome those compulsive thoughts? The thoughts you are having are of compulsive type and in a way you have OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) with simply one compulsive thoughts. You have the experience to overcome that thought, though. OCD is an Anxiety Disorder. Disorders happens due to state of mind and state of mind always alter according to experiences and circumstances. Change your life style and circumstances and the problem goes away. The best treatment to overcome compulsive thoughts is to ignore them. Ignorance is bliss. Ignore. Learn to ignore more and more. The following tips should help you. 1. When the thought comes say "I DON'T CARE, I HAVE OTHER THINGS TO DO". 2. When the thoughts comes when you sit idle, say "I KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH IT, I DID ALL THESE YEARS, I SHALL NOT RUN AWAY FROM THAT THOUGHT AND I ENJOY SUCH THOUGHTS". and do knowingly think that the penis exist for every people. 3. Never run away from the thought. Face it. After facing and uttering the dialogue above, divert your attention to more priority duties such as education or career. As you get involved in your ordinary activities without going out of your way to bring the thoughts to an end, they will bother you less and less. 4. Talk to a friend about this and whenever you feel that you are boldly TAKING ON the thought, tell your friend and appreciate yourself. 5. Go, stand in front of a large mirror and say "YOU ARE GREAT, YOU HAVE GOOD PHYSIQUE, YOU HAVE GOOD THOUGHTS, YOU HAVE GOOD INTELLECT AND NOBODY IS SMARTER THAN YOU". (Notice - It is YOU.... not I. 6. Accept that you have OCD and understand that the thoughts are nothing but ignorable. Every day, set aside 30 minutes to think exclusively about male penis and other related sexual organs. STRICTLY.
