Suggest Treatment For Congestion In Penis When Erect And Tight Foreskin

default
Posted on Mon, 16 Feb 2015
Question: My penis is a bit congested while having an erection. That is because I have been able to retract my foreskin only recently & thus my foreskin is a bit tight. How do I expand the foreskin, so that while having sex with a female partner my highly erect penis does not cause me pain with a retracted foreskin.

Brief Answer:
Phimosis should be ruled out. Use water based lubricant.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

I understand your concern. Problem in retracting foreskin of penis may be due to Phimosis or collection of smegma over glans (cheesy white material).

You should clean glans penis regularly with plain water so that smegma doesn't get collected over it and foreskin can be retracted properly.

If there is any difficulty, you should use water based lubricant (like K-Y jelly) or Xylocaine jelly (in painful situation) for smoother sexual intercourse.

Give more time on foreplay so that your partner's vagina get lubricated properly and it helps to enter penis smoothly.

Another thing, you should get examined to your doctor for phimosis and take proper treatment accordingly.

Hope, it helps for your information. Kindly, close the discussion if you don't have any other query.

Wish your good health and take care yourself.

Please note that Retraction of the Foreskin is not a problem for me.
My main concern is the Expansion of the Retracted Foreskin at the Glans Penis.
Currently it is very tight at the Glans after Retraction , which sort of gets Choked when the Penis tries to get erect.
As suggested by you , a lubricant will help.
But does the final solution (as I think of) of Foreskin Expansion lie in continuous exercise of making the penis erect, so that the tightness of the Foreskin goes away gradually after sometime?

Brief Answer:
Water based lubricant is best solution.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for follow up query and additional information.

In that case, you should use water based lubricant (like KY jelly etc) to expand retracted foreskin from glans. It will be helpful.

The problem as you mentioned will overcome gradually by retracting foreskin and expansion after that with using some lubricant. This exercise has to be continued at the time of each sexual intercourse for better result. Clean your glans regularly for free movement of foreskin.

Hope, I have answered your query. Kindly, close the discussion.

All the best and good luck.
