Brief Answer:
Use a stronger but safer analgesic at the same time
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for using HCM to post your question.
I read it carefully and I understand your concern.
You can use Ibuprofen for your daughter.
The dose is 5-10 mg per kg weight.
Let me know her weight and the dosage of the syrup per ml and I will be happy to calculate it for you.
I would recommend to combine it with paracetamol every 3 hours first one then the other, so it would be 6 hours between each dose of Ibuprofen and 6 hours between each dose of Paracetamol.
Hope this is helpful.

Thanks Doctor. just one more question. She puked after dinner and is generally fussy about eating. what is the minimum amount of food which is safe for giving medicines? Though we would be trying to feed her as much as possible to give energy and nutrition to fight diseases.
Brief Answer:
These medicines do not hurt the stomach
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
These medications are safe to take with empty stomach in a child. They are made in a syrup form so not to hurt the stomach.
In her condition its more important to give her fluids in forms of teas, water, fruits, soups, ect...then feed her. Try to make her curious with healthy interesting foods but avoid forcing her to eat.
Hope this is helpful.
