Brief Answer:
Allergic reaction, topical steroid & antihistaminic

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
I have gone through your complaints as well as reviewed the attached photograph.
You seem to have developed an allergic reaction to the hair XXXXXXX
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to a topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet fexofenadine 180 mg twice daily for 7-10 days.
This should resolve your reaction and the itching.
These medicines are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
