Suggest Treatment For Constant Pain In The Wrist

Question: I have had pain in my wrist for the past several weeks, the pain increases when I carry items and drop them at times because of the pain. its the left hand and its near the thumb area and does travel up my arms. Also at the same time I have pain in my right shoulder that travels down my arm and makes it weak to hold or carry things.

Tendonitis or inflammation of your wrist and arm tendons is the most possible condition that may cause such issues.

It may be caused by repeated overuse or trauma.

Pinched nerve also is a less possible explanation.

It is necessary to get evaluated by your primary care Doctor about these conditions.

Putting your arm at rest for some days and using NSAID such ibuprofen should improve your condition.
