I have read your question and understand your concerns.
It is a well known fact that constipation and abdominal discomfort worsens sciatica, as is true the opposite, pain could lead or worsen constipation mainly due to movement restrictions.
If you should go to ER or not, this depends on your symptoms, if you are not in great discomfort you can wait till Monday, physical therapy may improve both sciatica and constipation.
Diet rich in fibers, fruits and liquids also is necessary to improve your condition.
