Suggest Treatment For Constipation And Discomfort While Flexing Sphincter Muscle
Question: Hi, I have what I think is a thrombosed?? Hemerohid?? My Insurance was switched to Molina so I'm new to my Female doctor and too uncomfortable at this point to see her for a referral to a specialist or show her. I have included some pictures. I have never had this and it popped up 3 days ago. I'm sure I have always had an internal one on the other side but it never grew or inflammed enough to bother me. I'm also all a sudden constipated and this gets uncomfortable anytime I have to flex my sphincter muscle when I feel like I might have to have a bowel move ment. I have had little bowel movers daily, but feel like there is more to go. when I wipe, I don't have much and can clean my backside well but it hurts when I put pressure on that pea sized bump. Right now, it's not hurting like it did the past two days but the size worries me. I have used preperation h suppositories and took a sitz bath yesterday.

Yes it is a thrombosed external hemorrhoid
Constipation is the root cause of anorectal problems
You need to continue Sitz bath and Prep H Suppository
Along with it take a good antiinflammatory analgesic twice a day and a probiotic
If the sensation of more to go persists get stool examined and as per the culture report take antibiotic for seven to ten days
The size will gradually reduce and will take some time to settle
Hope this helps
