Suggest Treatment For Constipation And Hemorrhoids During Pregnancy

Question : I am in 9th month of my pregnancy. I am having constipation inspite of having 6-8 glaases of fluids, salad, sprouts, iron capaule CoeHb plus & isabgol at night and walking for 20 mins everyday.

Due to constipation, there is problem of haemorroids as well.

Kindly advise.

This is a common problem in pregnancy and on the top of it you are doing everything desired to relieve the same.
I would recommend you cremadite powder easily available in market, to be taken twice a day daily for at least ten days regularly.
Increase your water intake even more and take curd on regular basis.

Yes cremadite powder is safe and very helpful.
Hemorrhoids are very common in pregnancy and seen in almost 20% of patients.
They will resolve themselves once constipation is relieved and will be gone once you deliver the baby.
Hemorrhoids are because of congestion of blood vessels due to pressure by pregnant uterus over them and are exaggerated if female develops constipation.
So just keep taking all precautions to relieve constipation.
