Suggest Treatment For Constipation And Pain In The Lower Back

Question: Pain started in right lower back area a few weeks ago- would come and go mainly when I lay on my left side.
Increasing in intensity and occurrence. No fever, no jaundice. Troubles with constipation and diahrrea at times. On 10/325 Perococet- due to pain in body generally- have had 18 surgeries in life- spine surgery 2006 had 16 screws and 2 rods placed(from lower thoracic to sacral area- several screws loose lower sacral area plus 2 compressed vertebral Fx in thoracic area where spinal hardware began.- within a year one rod broke in half and then the other broke within a short time thereafter. Rods pop and move often during day.Dr. feels much trouble/pain due to nerve damage due to surgeries. Sugerical Highlights: 5 total rt sided hip replacements-1st done at 33 yrs old-(now 68 yrs old) knees have been operated on including knee replacements and reverse shoulder done on rt. side; appendectomy performed Nov 1979. Osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis; MRSA 3 times.\
**Right now I am concerned over this rt sided pain- started solely weeks in rt lower back area mainly when I lie down; then, moved to sharp pain standing or sitting or lying down this week plus now tonight moving from back area to rt abdominal area; also small pea type shaped and size growth appeared in affected area about 2-3 weeks ago. Today son looked at it and it has changed color to darker bluish/purple hue; not scratching it- cannot reach it by myself. This is in area of pain and timely
