Hi

Dear Ms
First and foremost let me reassure you there is no cause for concern. Eat whatever you want, it will not clog the colon/intestine. On the contrary not eating will worsen the problem.
Loaded colon in an adult is likely to be due to following
1. Low fibre diet
2. Decreased intake of water
3. Presence of lesion of anus and rectum: It would been ruled out on your visit to ER
The liquid stools you are facing is due to spurious diarrhoea. Even as the colon is loaded with stools, the fresh stools are watery due to use of laxatives.
I would suggest you the following
1. Ensure good intake of water
2. Have meals regularly on time
3. High fiber diet
4. Retention Enema in consultation with your physician will evacuate the loaded colon and will definitely give you sense of relief.
Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.
Take Care
