Hello
Thank you for getting back. I would suggest you not to worry regarding cancer. Its NOT compulsory that if there is positive family history then you WILL suffer from cancer as well. Stress/anxiety almost always aggravates a problem. There is a possibility that small lump is actually a cyst and in that case its totally a benign condition. Your CA-125 was normal as well and is a good sign. So you absolutely need NOT to worry. For irregular periods, i would suggest you to once visit hospital and get an appointment for a "Consultant Gynecologist". She will examine you in detail and will advise medicines to make periods regular. Following measures will help to correct the pain and bowel movements:
> Take lots of fluids( water, juices)
> Take Metronidazole thrice a day for 2 days
> Drotaverine thrice a day for 3 days
> Foods that should help include:
- Boiled potatoes
- Toast
- Plain crackers such as saltines
- Baked chicken without any skin or fat
AVOID:
- Milk, butter, ice cream, and cheese
- fatty food
- Alcohol and caffeine drinks
- Foods that cause excess gas like cabbage, beans, broccoli, and cauliflower
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
Do not worry
