Suggest Treatment For Constipation With Abdominal And Back Pain

Question: My skin is getting hot in certain areas middle upper back...I have had some abdominal pain as well. Constipated now. Also pain in Lower rib cage on right side as well. I went to the ER ran test blood work and XXXXXXX test on me as well. CT scan of my abdomen with no signs of anything. I still have the same symptoms don't know what else to do or ask my dr to test for

I understand your concern.
Possibly you have a sensitive stomach.
As CT scan is normal looks like there is not much to worry about.
Constipation can be related to tramadol that you are taking try and avoid it.
Try following things,
Take high fiber diet.
Go for a regular walk.
Drink plenty of water.
Exercise regularly.
Do back strengthening exercises.
Destress yourself
Sleep regularly for 7to 8hours a day.
All this will help you in long run.
Also some medications like pregabapentin amitryptiline might help you but are available with prescription and need to be taken after consulting your physician only.
