Cremaffin Plus syrup

Hi,
You can use Cremaffin Syrup 10 ml before you go to bed. You should add fibre to the food or fibre supplements to easily pass stool.
This should help both acidity and constipation.

                                    Brief Answer:
Dehydration relieves in couple of days
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It does not sound more than dehydration and is not serious. The burning sensation should go off if it is because of dehydration with the measures suggested. Wait for two more days. Are you stressed out for something else? You seem to be bothered too much than usual.
If the sensation does not relieve then it requires a local examination (per rectal) to see any obstruction. THen you should see a General Surgeon.
Hope this directs you well.
