Suggest Treatment For Constipation

Question: I have bowel movements every morning, but for the last month I have felt constipated
I do take Correctol laxative but this is just a short term release. I am 70 yrsold

Constipation is a common symptom faced in many patients. Here is how you should go about it

1. follow a high fiber diet, full of fruits and vegetables
2. most often constipation is because of less water intake. Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water per day
3. avoid milk and milk products until you are better
4. tab sporolac three times a day will help replenish your gut with good bacteria
5. continue to use the laxative
6. if symptoms don't improve meet a surgeon to rule our hemorrhoids

Correctol can be used twice a day but please watch out for pain abdomen, fatigue and cramps.
Sporolac can be bought over the counter. It is generally available in all pharamacies
