Just happened recently, when stool slowly comes out, no pain, but there is strange pressure and my face becomes very red. After few minutes is normal. What's wrong? Thanks

Thanks for your response.
There are 2 possible causes.
1. hard stools. It would be better to try mild laxative like isapghula husk 3 tsf at bedtime. A easy passage of stools may relieve the problem.
2. Check echocardiography and hemoglobin for a possible issue that may be affecting the system causing the problem.
