Question: Hi Doc I have on and off constipation. I'm not able to pass motion since yesterday. it seems very hard and big which is stuck inside. please give me a remedy to get immediate relief. also when ever i travel to different places I get this problem. any fast working laxative?

You can take Movicol 2 sachets in 250 ml of water in the night.

For good bowel movements-
1. Take high fiber diet - take lots of vegetables and fruits
2. Drink plenty of fluids
3. 20-30 minutes of brisk walking every day and avoid sedentary life.
