Question: One year old baby swallowed small quantity of advanced odomos naturals mosquito repellant creme having citronella&alloe vera 2 hours ago.What to do

Hi

Normally nothing happens with small quantity of odomas naturals. So do not be concerned.

However I would recommend you visit the emergency centre. The doctor will perform a stomach wash and discharge you with a prescription of some laxative. Give him plenty of fluids after the stomach wash.

I understand the process looks concerning; but be assured chances of complications are minimal. Your kid will be fine after the stomach wash.

As I said normally 99% times nothing happens. But medical attention / supervision is better than ignoring it. Stomach wash is now out of question as 4 hours are already passed, but I would want an expert to watch him for next few hours.
