Question: For almost 2 months I have some mild pain under or behind the left ear.
This pain remained for 30 or 60 minutes, and it appears during cough or cold.
And it seems ear drum is popping in and popping out sometimes when breathing deeply.
Please suggest what should I do for this.

Brief Answer:
You are most probably having left eustachian tube infection & Inflammation

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX ,
Thanks for the query.

I have read your query and understand your concern.

After reading your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having
left eustachian tube infection & Inflammation due to cold-cough .

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice
Steam Inhalation twice daily,
Saline nasal rinse or spray thrice daily ,
Tab Paracetamol for pain with inflammation ,
Antihistaminic Tab Claritin (Loratadine 10mg) at night &
Salt water gargles twice daily .

You will get relief .

Hope this information helpful to you .If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Regards.
