Suggest Treatment For Cough And Fever
Question: I have been having cough for the past two weeks and last week it escalated and i got fever an d cold along with it i used antibiotics for the past 3 days which restricted everything to an extent but the fever,cold and cough still persist and now im on more antibiotics. Do i need to go for a blood test ?

I have cough with sputum, severe initially, but has reduced now
I used cough syrup for a week
later i got fever and cold so i used the following tablets for 3 days
1.)Cheston Cold(Citrizine and Paracetamol)
2.)Azithral 500 (Azithromycine)
From yesterday i started using the following tablets
1.)Moxykind CV 625
2.)Pantosec
3.)Dichloran A
I dint record the temperature but im pretty sure it was below 100 all the time.
The fever goes when i take the tablets and comes back a few hours later and persists until i use the tablets again
I dont have throat pain as such.
I used cough syrup for a week

I suggest you continue Moxykind CV, Pantosec and take Dichloran when you gets fever.
I also suggest you Montelukast with levocetrizine combination medication once a day before bed for 5 days. You can get it local doctor prescription
If you see any improvement within 3 days then continue medications for 5 days.
If you will not feel better after 3 days of medications then better go for blood tests like complete blood picture and chest X ray.
Do steam inhalation twice day.
Avoid having spicy and cold food.
