Suggest Treatment For Cough And High BP
Question: Hi dr XXXXXXX my name is XXXXXXX I've had a high bP and a chesty cough for 3days I'm inconternet and have had blood in my nappy for 24 hours

* how long have you been hypertensive?
* Are you on regular medication? If so, what are they? Do you regularly take them?
* Your present BP. If not measured, please get it measured and let me know.
* Any gastrointestinal problems? I am looking forward to know if dysentery is likely.
If blood pressure is normal or low, I would insist you to take ORS (oral rehydration solution). If blood pressure is high, I would insist you to visit a doctor who would be able to administer suitable antihypertensives to bring the situation in control. Clinical judgement would be relevant and I would insist you not to ignore the situation.
Take steam inhalation. Water in form of vapor will reach deep inside and would help in diluting the chesty cough and would provide relief.

hey dr . prof. XXXXXXX saha my bp was 145/100 my normal blood pressure has been about 110/80 I have been takening re hydrating solation the nausa has settle down a little bit but I still have had blood in my inconternce brief but its not comeing out as hevey
