Question: Feeling heaviness in head had cough and cold but that has reduced now temp is 36.5c gas problems is there from begining

no breathlessness yes sometimes it feels that there is too much gas in stomach and chest congestion but very slight yes sputum production is there generally clear but once in a blue moon yellow and thick

Your symptoms looks like common viral upper respiratory tract infection.

As your temperature is start declining and sputum production has become thick, you are gradually recovering from the infection.

I suggest you to take Tab Paracetamol, Tab Cetrizine under your doctors guidance.
