Suggest Treatment For Cough, Cold And Itching In Eyes

Question: Hi Doc,

We are living in XXXXXXX from last 1.2 years. Here Me and my wife is suffering regularly with cold, cough, itching in eyes. My wife also suffering with asthematic problem and have to inhaler twice or thrice a day. We take Motair LC at alternate days. Is there any permanent medicine for this or any other medicine thats single dose will work for whole week. Please suggest. Thanks in advance.

Take Influenza vaccine annually.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Recurrent similar symptoms are mostly due to allergy. And these symptoms worsen by viral infection.
So better to take annual Influenza vaccine to prevent recurrent infection.
There is no drug which gives long term relief with single dose.
Better to take montair LC daily at night. Don't take alternate day.
Also start intranasal spray containing steroid. This willingness help you more.
Best treatment is avoidance of dust, pollens, smoke, pollution etc.
