Give Paracetamol, you can give ipravent + zyrcold. If severe, consult doctor.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome
I understand your query.
Asthma treatment is specific to each individual.
Today, childhood asthma is often treated with a combination of inhaled medication for quick relief and either inhaled or oral controller medications that relieve asthma-related inflammation.
Paracetamol: Which is safest antipyretic to bring down temperature can be given.
you can give ipravent + zyrcold.
if severe difficulty in breathing and wheezing, then consult your doctor immedietely.
Hope this answers your query. I will be available for follow up queries.

Brief Answer:
It can be due to respiratory infection. Can give paracetamol.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome
I am happy now that your son is fine now.
It can be due to respiratory tract infection. You are already taking medication for that which will be relieved. You can give him paracetamol whenever he feels cold and shivering.
Take medication regularly and it will be relieved.
If cold occurs associated with perspiration for next 2-3 days with fever, rule out malaria. Sometimes fever may not be there.
Don't worry. Take care. And please inform me whenever your son becomes healthy.
Take care.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
Don't ignore, continue medication, test for malaria and visit your doctor.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome
I can understand your feelings.
As i had told earlier, it is better to rule out malaria by testing. Fever with cold followed by perspiration is commonly associated with malaria.
I would suggest to test for complete blood count, test for malaria, and urine routine examination.
As fever is occuring frequently , don't ignore now and visit your doctor for check up and for the test. Continue the medication and give calpol round the clock 6-8 hourly.
don't worry, everything will be fine.
Please continue to convey information.
Thank you
