Brief Answer:
No need to worry for lung cancer.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
No need to worry for lung cancer at present.
Lung cancer and throat cancer are uncommon at your age of 39 years.
First get done chest x ray.
If this is normal than no need to worry for lung cancer.
Your symptoms are mostly due to upper respiratory tract infection (URTI).
And hoarseness of voice is common in severe URTI. Along with antibiotics, you need antihistamine, anti inflammatory drugs. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
Do warm water gargles 5-6 times a day. Avoid oily and spicy food.
But better to get done chest x ray to rule out lung cancer.
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health. Thanks.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Health Care Magic.
No need to worry for lung cancer as your lungs were clear.
In my opinion, you should wait for few more days (1-2 weeks).
You will mostly Improve in 1-2 weeks. If not improving than get done chest x ray to rule out lower respiratory tract infection and lung cancer.
Hope I have solved your query.

Brief Answer:
You are mostly having GERD.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on HCM.
I can understand your concern.
Your raised count is mostly due to upper respiratory tract infection (URTI).
And generalised body ache, weakness are mostly due to viral URTI.
So no need to worry for this.
Your gastric trouble are mostly due to GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease).
And antibiotics, you are taking can worsen GERD.
So please let me know
1. Which antibiotic you are taking?
2. Which drugs you are taking for gastric trouble?
3. Are you having stressful life?
4. Do you have burping, belching, burning epigastric pain?

Brief Answer:
No, stress can't not increase WBCs.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
No, stress can not cause high WBCs.
WBCs are marker of infection. And you earlier wrote that you have bad cod and green phlegm, hoarseness of voice. All these are possible symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection.
So you are having URTI and it causes raised WBCs.
Which antibiotic you are taking?

No, this is not related to cancer.
So no need to worry at all for cancer.
I have gone through the prescription. He gave you multivitamin, anti histamine and anti allergic drug combination and proton pump inhibitors.

So you are probably not given antibiotic.

No need to worry at all.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
No need to worry at all.
You are in recovering phase of your illness.
You probably had viral upper respiratory tract infection.
Viral infection usually takes 2-3 weeks to recover completely.
So you are in your recovery phase and so your counts are slightly higher. After total 2-3 weeks duration, your count will be normal and your symptoms like generalised weakness ,body pain etc will also resolve.
And no need to worry at all for cancer or major illness.
Hope I have solved your query.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Health Care Magic.
No need to worry for lung cancer in your case.
Yes, it is possible to have early lung cancer even if patient is clear chest.
Lung cancer develops as small nodule in lung. And it starts symptoms only after the size more than 1-2 cm.
So clear chest can't have early lung cancer.
May I ask you why you are so much tensed about lung cancer?
I will be happy to help you further.
