Question: Hello doctor or to whom may concern

Around the summer time every year I get cracking similar to what is screen on my foot, in same place. I use athletic feet cream to remove it and It leaved usually. This only affect 1 foot. However my question is I live alone and never walk bear foot beyond my apartment. I clean the bathroom aggressively around ever 2 to 1 week top to bottom.

I was hoping what the root cause could be.

Brief Answer:
Seems to be ringworm infection, take oral antifungal

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
I have reviewed the attached photograph and it seems to be ringworm which is fungal infection of the foot.
Since you are having recurrence I would recommend you to take oral antifungal medicines.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take tablet terbinafine 250 mg once daily for 4 weeks.
It is a prescription drug and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
Besides this keep the foot dry, wear open footwear and stay in cool airy place.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
