Brief Answer:
ovulation bleed

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to hcm,

As you have been on ovulation indiction from day 5-9, this spotting on day 15 is likely to be the ovulation bleed infdicating that you must have ovulated. However this can be further confirmed with an ovulation kit positive test or an ultrasound transvaginally on seeing a ruptured follicle.
This labels the fact that you are already in your fertile period and your chances of conception are high hence if you practice frequent intercourse or if you have been planned for an IUI procedure then it can be undertaken now.
