Sir I don't have any pennies cancer no.and I light pain when I press on side feel like cuts or something else

Cuts on penis are usually due to friction on under wear or during sexual activity or fungal infection. This is not due to cancer.

Applying Povidone iodine ointment or anti bacterial creams are enough to clear it.
