Suggest Treatment For Cut Under The Head Of The Penis

Question: Got a small cut under the head of my penis a couple years ago. Bled for awhile but eventually started to get better. Starting to see a new girl so i wanted to check this out. Never had any pain or irritation, affected area shows no redness and looks like a cut that is trying to heal but never fully does. Any ideas as to what is keeping this from healing?
Brief Answer:
Kindly upload higher resolution picture and encircle the spot

Hey i uploaded the same picture as yesterday circling the affected area and I also uploaded a new picture from today as well. The cut seems to be healing itself now, maybe the clotrimazole is actually doing the trick? I can still feel the affected area by running my finger over it. Feels kind of like a bump anymore. I'm going to continue putting clotrimazole on as directed but It definitely seems to have improved.
Brief Answer:
Neosporin would be better
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome
I have gone through your pictures and thanks for providing them.
Based on the picture it appears to be due to friction that might have resulted from sexual activity. Based on the picture I don't think it is any fungal infection, so I would not have recommended antifungal but would have asked you to apply neosporin ointment to it.
Hope this helps

Going to start applying neosporin again. This is something I had done in the past but didn't keep up with when I wasn't seeing results. Would you recommend putting a bandaid over the area as well? Figured that may keep my boxers from rubbing against it too much, but idk if it would be better to let it breathe.
Brief Answer:
I would not advise you to use bandaids.
