Suggest Treatment For Cyst At Opening Of Penis

Question: I have had this tiny fluid ball that is skin colored that has been right under the opening of my penis for about 4 years. I havent been sexually active with anyone since i was 17 years old but im reading things on the net that are starting to scare me so please take a look at it. It hasn't changed size and it doesnt itch or cause any pain no pain during urinating no fever symptoms its just been present for a long time and concerning me.
But how can it be a wart if it stayed for this long? Arent warts supposed to disappear in a month or a year max? Plus this hasn't changed size or multiplied? Nor is it shaped with colliflower or any of that. But it also has a bit of a solid surface on my penis and only looks like a skin tag once i squeeze it. I uploaded two pictures for you. Thanks

Brief Answer:
Pearly papules of penis
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Let me assure you that in the absence of any other complaints such as penile discharge, redness and sexual history, the problem quoted is completely benign and has no clinical importance.
I find this image attached to have papular lesion at the margins of the penis head that does not have any other symptoms and visible if the skin is pulled back. These are Pearly papules of penis that are extremely common and harmless. They occur in teenage and can remain for years causing no symptoms.
Do not squeeze it and it catches other skin infections. Do not worry about it and go ahead with life.

Brief Answer:
its a harmless cyst
Detailed Answer:
With no risk factors present I still opine that it is harmless cyst. The pic is clearer now.
Penis has a lot of crypts and fissures esp on the head. You may want to look at them with magnifying glass.
No treatment needed as now. I believe you are concerned about cosmetic appearance and remain chaste. There is no reason to worry.
