Brief Answer:
Lesion in liver and solid and appear to be due to malignancy
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
The lesions present in the liver are hyper-dense and solid.
Thus, the lesions are not cystic but they are solid.
Solid lesions in liver are more likely to be due to solid malignant deposits.
An ultrasound or CT guided aspiration of the lesions is required,
In this investigation, cells are aspirated from the lesions and the cells which are aspirated are examined microscopically.
The nature of the lesion can be determine by aspiration and thus further management can be done.
If you have more queries, I will be glad to answer.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
Lesions on CT liver are solid. Cysts have an empty centre
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,
Cysts should have an empty centre but the lesions on CT scan are solid and have no empty looking centre thus possibility of cyst is ruled out.
Thanks and take care
