Suggest Treatment For Cysts And Blackheads In Pubic Area

Question: I have a horrible and embarrassing issue with cysts and blackheads on my pubis. I had surgery some years ago for hydradenits. I have "bumps" that are there for years sometimes. When they are finally ready to break, it's really gross. Really thick and well smelly discharge. I've used hot compresses and such but to no avail. I lost my job and do not have insurance. It's been difficult for me to be intimate because I feel ashamed. Any ideas?
Brief Answer:
They are multiple sebaceous cysts
Detailed Answer:
Hi
As per your description, they are multiple sebaceous cysts.
They occur in relation to inner aspect of hair.
They may cause swellings and get ruptured and leave blackdots.
There is no medical treatment for this.
Please consult your Surgeon and get them excised.
You should remove the hairs in that region regularly.
Wish you good health.
Regards
