here is picture.. I'm worried can it be an STD ?
Brief Answer:
These are multiple Sebaceous Cysts and not STD at all .
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up and uloading photograph.
Based on the photograph I would state that you have multiple small Sebaceous Cysts over shaft of the penis .
The genital skin is rich in sebaceous glands and hence prone to get more sebaceous cyst due to accumulation of sebum beneath the skin.Normally they fade away without treatment however they need to be treated if increase in size or get infected.
Take antibiotics like Doxicycline and anti inflammtory drug like Diclofenac twice daily for a week.
Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily .
This should help to resolve the problem
If problem persists even after taking antibiotics you will need to consult qualified General Surgeon for clinical evaluation and further treatment.
If needed some of them which are bigger may need to get excised in Toto (Completely along with the sac)
I again reiterate that these spots are not due to STD at all .
