Question: Why is it i can rub dead skin off my whole body everyday and have small black bumps

Seborrhoeic dermatitis or dandruff is actually due to a fungal infection. The dead skin is due to the same. Apply clotrimazole powder all over the body. Use ketoconazole shampoo. You may also use clotrimazole lotion topically. As such you can use Dove soap for scrubbing purpose. Apply aloe vera lotion or any other moisturizer all over the body. Hopefully that would help.
