Question: I have dandruff problem. Please suggest me what can be done to reduce dandruff

Thank you for your quick response.
The dandruff problem I am referring to is for my husband XXXXXXX ( 32 years).
In your recommendation did you mention to avoid Helmet? He uses bike to commute to office for which he wears helmet.
As of what we know, he isn't allergic to any food.
He tried Dr. Batra's medicine for more than a year for hair fall. It didn't help at all. Hair fall and dandruff are prominent still. Though he has stopped Dr Batra's medicines, he continues to use their shampoo as of now. We will use the recommended shampoo by you this week.
Please suggest further. Thanks a lot!
