Suggest Treatment For Dark Brown Spot On Nose
Question: Picked at a white head pimple now paying for it. I'am a light skinned XXXXXXX XXXXXXX and now I have a dark brown very noticeable spot right dab in the middle of my nose and it's been 3 weeks now and no sign of fading away. This would sadly be the second mark to appear on my nose and it's not a pretty site. Help Please! I've used Hydroquinone 8% on the other mark an it faded only a little bit more so the area around it then the actual spot. Never picking a pimple again that's for sure

If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply cream containing combination of tretinoin, mometasone and hydroquinone on the affected brown spots at night in minute amounts along with application of sunscreen during the day time.
These are usually continued for 3-4 weeks under the supervision of the doctor.
Many brands of the triple combination are available in the market but I don't know whether these are available as over the counter in your country.
Besides this avoid direct sun exposure and don't pick the pimples.

I will go to my dermatologist for help with this issue this product isn't over the counter. Is it possible that this could fade completely even my other mark that has been around for 2 years? Also, what would you suggest for preventing pimples in the future, an getting ride of them once they break the surface. I tend to get these white heads after working out and sweating a bunch.

For preventing the occurence of pimples keep the face dry, avoid oily creams, avoid oiling of scalp, reduce the intake of sugary foods, use cosmetics labelled as noncomedogenic and treat dandruff if it is present.
Also don't pick the white heads and pimples.
Once you get a whitehead apply benzoyl peroxide 2.5 percent gel twice daily till it clears and use a salicylic acid face wash twice daily regularly.
