Hello
I share your concern and I will try to help you out in best possible way
I would like further information to help you better
Your age, sex and complete medical history like diabetes or any past history or perianal disease like fissure or hemorrhoids
Do you feel any itching or discharge
it's exact site and size
How many times did you wax it? Waxing causes these spots and if the skin/mucosa is constantly irritated. Probably not the right place to wax.
This could be due to fungal infection, allergic rashes, a mole or melanoma
If you can take a photograph please upload us, which could be a helpful link to confirm you the diagnosis

Brief Answer:
It warrants physical examination by a dermatologist
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for your reply.
I was able to view the pictures and in my opinion, this could be warts or skin tags. Without an opportunity to physically examine the lesion, I am unable to isolate the cause. Therefore I will suggest you see a doctor/dermatologist as and when feasible.
Besides warts and skin tag respond only to therapeutic procedure / surgical options. It hardly responds to oral / topical medications available over the counter.
Let me know if you have any more doubts I will be happy to help you.
Regards
