Thick feet skin is present for a reason, usually no need to fight with it.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for the query.
Can you please attach a photo of the feet?
Dead skin on feet is there for a reason. Please note that whole your body mass is attached to the ground by feet only. So small surface bears whole body. Moreover, skin on the feet has constant direct contact with the ground. This makes feet skin very special. It is much harder, composed of many skin layers so this skin is much thicker (4mm comparing to 1-2 mm in other places).
Thick, composed of dead cells skin is a kind of reflex-action to compression.
If you put too much compression on the specific area, the skin gets thicker.
So your dead skin might be just a normal thing and there is no need to fight with it. If you find there is too much skin here are some reasons of this situation:
- obesity
- diabetes
- bad shoes
- hormonal imbalance
I suggest you to start with choosing comfortable shoes.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
You need to get comfortable shoes.
Detailed Answer:
This is a typical callous caused by a shoe compression. As long as you wont get comfortable shoes, this will be present. Even if you remove it, it will regrow as the shoe is still compressing on it.
So please do not remove it any more and change shoes. The healing process may take few months.
Regards.
No need to remove it. It will go away by itself.
Detailed Answer:
Yes, the skin should get back to normal after shoes change. No need to do anything with it. Just leave it alone and find comfortable shoes.
Regards.
You are welcome.
