Question: getting pain on the left side of my face starting from a dead tooth.can you suggest an antibiotic to cure if any infection?

Read your query and gone through reports (image ) you have attached as far as I have observed you have grossly decayed tooth . In Decayed tooth infection reaches the apex of root causing Abscess formation .

For this I will suggest you to take medicine like Amoxicillin with metrogyl and Analgesic like ketrol dt or Ibugesic plus by consulting with local doctor .
-Do warm saline rinses 2 - 3 times a day .

I recommend you to consult oral surgeon for examination and Treatment. As medication will give you temopary relief so go for proper treatment.
