I am not exactly sure how much it has shrunk, but I don't think it is by a ton. It happened one night when I was yanking on penis while it was flaccid way too hard. Imediately afterwards my penis shrunk. Now it is smaller and the skin around it is way too loose. There is also a dark blue horizontal line that is in the center of my penis. It is now harder for me to get fuller erections and maintain them. I don't know what to do.
