Suggest Treatment For Deep Acne And Swollen Lymph Node Under Chin

Question: For the past week I've had very odd echo / robotic type hearing. It's happens when I talk, when others talk and when I'm out in public. It's like I've got water in my ear but I don't. Also causes me to feel off balance. I was born with very little hearing in my left ear so I only notice it on the right. Now, this may or may not be related but I have had an ingrown hair under my right nostril since last week this time. It's a lot better than last week but still oozes if I push on it. Last Saturday my lymph node on right side under chin was swollen. It went down a day later. I've had these large ingrown deep acne things before. This one has lingered. Maybe the Infection drained into the back of my nose when I'm asleep? No fever or any other issues just this odd hearing that is really really annoying.
Brief Answer:
May be suffering from secretory otitis media
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I have gone through your query; it suggest that you may be suffering from the secretory otitis media.
To rule out other condition and to reach the near diagnosis you may go for the impedance audiometry and otoscopic examination of the ear.
In this condition in our patients, I prescribed
1. Systemic and local nasal decongestant.
2. Mucolytics such as acetyl cysteine and
3. Steam inhalation three times a day for at least five minutes.
I strongly urge you visit an ENT surgeon who can order aforementioned tests. In the meantime, you may start steam inhalation and over the counter decongestants.
Thanks
