Brief Answer:
You have degenerative changes in cervical spine ( neck).

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. These are degenerative (age related) changes of cervical spine at level of C5-C6 and C7-C8 with numbness to upper limbs. However there is no significant stenosis (narrowing). Treatment of it is glucosamine.Analgesic such as ibuprofen is useful for pain relief. Mecobalamine is useful in decreasing numbness. You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
