Suggest Treatment For Degenerative Disc Disease And Bulging Disk
Question: I Have degenerative disc disease and a bulging disk and now a spinal fracture and in and around the L5 S1 discs and im on oxycontin 20mg twice a day and still no relief What would recommend

If your pain is severe, you can opt for epidural injections with steroid or local anaesthetic agent.
If it is less severe, then, combination of medications (pregabalin capsules) and physiotherapy would help.

If the fracture is stable (not displaced), it would heal on its own in 6-12 weeks. Only if the fracture is unstable, then, surgery may be required to stabilize that.
