Brief Answer:
Please do a third home pregnancy test after at least 15 days form last sex

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in details.
Your concern is understandable with the fact than you do not want to consult any doctors at the moment and want to maintain privacy.

1. The home pregnancy test is most accurate when done at least 15 days after the last unprotected sexual intercourse when the accuracy is more than 97 percent.

2. It is important to know if your first and second pregnancy tests were done at least 15 days after last unprotected sex to make the results accurate.

3. You can go in for a third home pregnancy test after making sure 15 days have passed since the last time you had unprotected sex.

4. You can consult a doctor for doing blood pregnancy tests at any time and your privacy will be protected.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Brief Answer:
Third prega test will be reliable and accurate

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.

Please find clarifications below
1. If you go for prega test third time now then it is reliable and accurate as 33 days is sufficient for pregnancy to show on urine pregnancy test.

2. There is a possibility of delayed periods due to anxiety related stress and this is common.

3. Periods can also be delayed due to underlying medical conditions like polycystic ovaries, thyroid disorders, anemia among others. This is likely you you have had irregular periods in the past.

4. If you still do not get periods then it is better to get ultrasound scan of your pelvis done and take treatment based on results.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek
