Brief Answer:
determining the cause is important.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I understand your concerns.
You are facing the problem of delayed ejaculation.
In my opinion, the probable cause for this could be anxiety.
Do you smoke or drink alcohol?
This could be another cause for your problem.
Do you take any other medicines except valium?
Some drugs like antidepressants, antihypertensives and opioid analogs can delay ejaculation.
The important thing is to first determine the cause of problem. Treatment of the cause will treat the problem.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Take care.
Thanks.
