Brief Answer:
The test is to be repeated
Detailed Answer:
Hi there,good day.
Thanks for the information.
Its good to know that your past cycles are regular and all the tests of both of the partners are normal.
All the hormones which are investigated are normal and does not signify peri menopause or menopausal status.
Usually HCG in blood is detected 10 days after the ovulation and the urine pregnancy is positive a week after missed period.
Considering your last menstrual period which was on 26 th today is 36 th day So if there was any pregnancy the urine and blood tests should have been positive by now.
Iam sorry to say this but the chances of pregnancy appear less.
But for a benefit of doubt I suggest you to repeat the test after a week.
If the test is negative then the delay in period can be considered due to hormonal imbalance but not any menopause related.
Avoid stress and anxiety related to pregnancy as they cause hormonal imbalance and delay fertility furthur.
As your cycles are regular you can go for follicular studies in further cycles to know the status of ovulation.
The follicular study is done starting from 8 th day of cycle on alternate days till the ovulation has occurred.
If the ovulation is good the chances for natural pregnancy will be good.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss furthur.
